Ok personally Hot Topic has to be the best Online Store/ Store ever! I've had so many good experiences shopping there. They have a variety of band tees, also they have very good shipping, Whenever I ordered something it always came in on time, and it was good quality. Not to mention the chockers, and accessories look amazing.

I had trouble making a payment online through checkout (page wouldn't accept any payment and just kept refreshing) so I called customer service. Maxwell was extremely kind, polite, and helpful and helped me make my order over the phone. Thank you so much for being so understanding!

"Becareful what you buy."
Ordinarily, I like and shop HT. As of lately, I've found a lot of their products have been high quality. Socks for one last awhile. But beware of certain items. I bought a sports bottle from them. The body was so thin that it broke when it struxk something. Most sports bottles bounce or can handle the force. This one's body was rigid but paperthin. They moderated my review on their site. Obviously, they didn't want to lose business which should be on them because they should have chosen quality products to carry in their stores. The stores are closed because of the virus and I fear I may not be able to return the product or exchange it when they do open again. Some of their products tend to be overpriced. This $15 container is something I would expect to buy for temporary use at a dollar store except the dollar store would have more quality and much cheaper.

I've ordered from their website and shopped in-store many times. My local store is always organized and has polite, helpful employees. I find it very easy to shop there. I've had a similar experience with them online, but I have experienced problems with a few orders. However, everything's always been taken care of and corrected. HotTopic constantly has a large variety of products, including many things I couldn't find anywhere else. They also have deals frequently, and their prices are reasonable. I think it's a great place to shop!
